some help would be nice

so i'm 8 weeks pregnant and i have been bleeding for 5 days now i went to my primary care doctor on saturday, but they didn't do anything, but take blood. The bleeding goes from light to medium to light and back to medium. At this point i'm pretty frustrated and concerned. I don't want to go to the ER and it be nothing..... do you guys think i should call my primary care doctor again or just walk in the ER. My primary care doctor didn't do anything but take blood so that as well was frustrating.
