How long would it take for people in your town/city to completely lose their shit under quarantine?
Let's say a weird virus that has never been seen before starts killing people only in your town/city. As a result, its put under quarantine. How long until people completely lose their shit? And by completely lose their shit I mean killing each other, being involved in power struggles, rationing, being vigilantes, robbing stores, going into a panic, etc.
