Who eats peanuts??

There are so many conflicting studies. So since you're nursing, who still eats peanuts?

I’ve worked for an allergist and immunologist for years you need to keep eating peanut and peanut butter all the time.

I’ve heard there is less chance of your child having a peanut allergy if you introduce them to them very young 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve definitely eaten my fair shake of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches while pregnant and breastfeeding and none of my kids have any food allergies.
I think being careful is good when you have a family history but If not then I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

I’m almost 100% sure the APA has changed that unless you have a family history. They even approved peanut powder to put in baby food when they’re 6m. It’s been found that the incident of food allergies has drastically increased since they advised waiting so long. Even my ped & her husband (he’s an immunologist/allergy specialist) say the best way to avoid food allergies is early exposure.

I ate all the blue m&m from a bag this weekend, in the hope my milk would turn blue. It didn’t 😆

With both girls I ate anything and everything and they are perfect! The only thing I avoided was spicy food and that’s simply because I’m a wimp and hate spicy food lol also I had noticed that broccoli and beans (the normal) would make them gassy so ate those seldom or after they nursed
