I need some help.

So it's been over 10 weeks since my last period and I've taken pregnancy tests and they've both come back negative. I've had very light red bleeding/spotting and it stopped and didn't last very long. I made an appointment for next with my OB, so hopefully I'll get good news. Has anyone else had this problem before?
