First time.....

My six year old wet the bed last night!! She hadn't done that since she was like 2!!

As I was getting ready for work, I heard her get up and go use the restroom which she always does as soon as she wakes up. She goes up to me in the kitchen and tells me her underwear was wet and I thought, maybe she was sweating. But when I leaned over to hug her, I smelled the urine. I checked her bed and yupp. It was a little humid and smelled like it. I'm just wondering is this normal?? Has it happened to your kids out of no where? Is it going to continue? Should I get her to wear the night panties??

(First child so that's why I'm freaking out!!)
