Weaning antidepressants

So my doctor has supervised me to come off. I was taking celexa (citalopram) for about 3 years. Went from 20 mg to 10mg. She said to do it over a month bit said nothing about halving the dose. So missed a tablet every other day for 2 weeks, then every 2 days and so on. Now I'm in the final stages the side effects are getting to me. Headaches

Nausea

Dizziness

Just need some support and advice. Only have 2 tablets left. I've taken one on Monday and was gonna take the next one on Friday and then the final one the middle of next week and just go cold turkey.
