Best Diapers?

Question

Adding stuff to my registry to get an idea of everything I need, and would like diapers opinions! Which kind did/do y’all use and why? I’m a FTM and have no idea which is the best for newborns.

I hate luvs, they gave my daughter a bad rash. We use huggies for her, they fit her better because she has chunky legs. We tried pampers, luvs, target brand and out of all of them huggies snugglers were the best.

I use luvs, they’re affordable and have been working for us. They have a scent though and some people don’t like that.

We use Alva cloth diapers and have had an awesome time with it. We did use pampers swaddlers when he was a newborn cause they can be bulky when they’re reAlly little. So far we have saved 300 diapers from the landfill and counting!

I absolutely love using huggies snug&dry they are so soft and I feel like they hold so good. I haven’t had any accidents like with pampers. Huggies little smugglers is good as well not as soft they are thicker though but I’ve had poop accidents with those. My little one has thin legs so diapers just fit him awkward.

Pampers swaddles for the first two sizes, then we switched to up and ups, and have been very pleased

Honestly luvs are so much cheaper. I don’t like the smell though but they do the job. I like huggies little movers the best , they don’t sag and they hold up the best. And I absolutely love pampers pure, they are more expensive but I think it’s worth it especially if baby has sensitive skin

In the beginning my daughter would always have blow outs so no diaper really helped with that but parents choice were the worst from my experience .. I used pampers and huggies a lot in the beginning but not that my daughter is older I feel like luvs is a better choice because it doesn’t sag right away like pampers does literally one little pee & that thing was almost dragging on the floor 😂 and huggies fit her weird now too

I use Luvs for my daughter but I also use parents choice. Both are great they both hold up well. Put a few different brands and make sure to get gift receipts so you can exchange them if you need to. Babies grow out of nb diapers very quickly.
