Nervous

Okay so I'm 12 weeks and 5 days and when I went to the bathroom this morning and wiped myself I seen blood not that much but it was blood there no cramping ; I been getting this for a while not back to back but during this 12 weeks should I be nervous when I went to the doctors at 7 weeks they said it could be a threatened miscarriage but my previous doctors appointments said I was fine after that and I haven't had a ultrasound after that I'll be going for another tomorrow
