Does everyone get hemorrhoids?

No this is my with baby and haven't had them yet (touch wood) so no not everyone gets them. X

I apparently have an external hemorrhoid that I wasn’t even aware of until the OB did the GBS swab. Things you can do to help, avoid straining(pushing hard/a lot) when having a bowel movement. Increase fiber/water to keep stool soft. Other than that if it happens it happens. A hemorrhoid is just a large swollen blood vessel from added pressure (could occur even just from extra weight of your baby). Not a big deal.
