Can you have a vaginal delivery with really bad hemorrhoids??

So I’m 36 weeks Sunday. Terrible terrible hemorrhoids... I’m talking they hurt at all times. Bled after bm tonight and I am finding no relief... can’t sit, get up, lay down, walk... will they let me deliver vaginally?

Ibuprofen, ice, baths, witch hazel pads. Post labor is more painful!

Drink a lot of water and use coconut oil on the area. That's what helped me!
