The nausea is unbearable

6w2d and this is really my first experience with it this pregnancy (had a couple moments of it weeks ago but nothing worth remembering), woke up this morning at 3am with nausea and dizziness and have been up with it for the past 6 1/2 hours. I had to drive earlier and was hyperventilating the entire time cause I swear I'm in the verge of throwing up and the dizziness omg... I have 2 boys to care for and a Drs appointment to drive to later, any suggestions for making this stop? My last pregnancies I had Dr prescribed medication for vomiting, which I will discuss with the Dr but I need something to help me before then so I can drive. :/
