Dead sperm
We just found out today that all the sperm in my husband’s SA were dead, all 2 million. This was his second SA because they wanted him to repeat since none in the first test were moving at all and they wanted to check viability this time. They are suggesting follow up with the Urologist of course but also IVF with TESE-ICSI. I know this is a long shot but has anyone tried this? I feel so broken-hearted, for him and for me. 😢
