Yes, I know vaping is unhealthy and that is why I am quitting. I just want personal opinions and recommendations on what other mommas did.

I was a cigarette smoker. This is my third pregnancy and I have quit cold turkey for all three. Even after my kids are born I won’t smoke for an entire year since I breastfeed my kids. I’ve never had a problem with it. All I think is that if it’s really bad for the baby then I can’t do it.
