Spotting for a week

As anyone experienced spotting for a week or more. Tomorrow will be a week since I have been spotting. I have a ultrasound appointment on the 15th to see my baby and hear the heartbeat. I’m 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant I went to the hospital on Thursday when I started bleeding and the doctors ruled out a pee test a blood test for HGC levels they are in the high 2000 level and they did a vaginal and abdominal ultrasound and they said my gestational sack was measuring at 5 weeks and that my cervix is closed. I have no pain what so ever while bleeding no cramps no back pain. My boobs are still sore I’m tired all day even after sleeping nearly 10 hours a night I’m super nauseous and Queasy and I feel like I’m gonna throw up but I’m not and then I’m hungry. How many ladies have had a successful pregnancy even though they’re bleeding for a week or more please help
