Should I confront my cheating dad?

I found out my dad was cheating last Thanksgiving...the day I found this out I told my older sister. We went to the affairs house, we had in mind that she didn’t know my dad was married since he and my mom don’t wear rings because they lost them at the island. We went to talk to her... she came out of her house my sister told her who we were and that we just wanted to talk... the lady said

“I know who you are, and you need to tell your dad to choose between your mom and I... next time don’t come to my home to interrogate me... it makes sense why your dad wants to be here.. your mom has you both girls uneducated”

My sister blew her shit when she mentioned my mom, my sister ran to her to swing and I pulled her off... the lady ran into the house and closed the door.. as we we’re leaving my sister saw the lady through the window and punched the top and lower window... we left to my moms house and the cops came by... he talked to us... he was so understanding and he decided to let us go because we were just “hurting”

The cop called my dad, my sister and I outside... he explained to my dad what happened and he told my dad “I can’t blame them, they’re your girls, you are being their worst fear” I turned to my dad and said “me das asco” (you disgust me).

I have never confronted him straight forward... yes my mom knows all of this but my mom is still in her denial bubble.. I’m trying to convince her to leave because once she agrees to leave my older sister (moved to California after the confrontations) will send my mom and little sister a plane ticket to L.A...

I noticed that now he parks his vehicle 2 blocks away from the affairs house... and the affair goes to pick him up and takes her to her home...

My idea is to wait for him on his Rams tail gate...I was want to sit there and wait
