Morning sickness question

I’m on pregnancy #2 and I never threw up with number 1 so I’m not sure what’s normal. This morning I woke up not super nauseated but with super sharp pain right under my chest then threw up the water I drank this morning. Is this normal? Or I’m wondering if the Flexeril I took last night for the first time made me sick?
