Anyone use this at home?

Home pocket baby doppler’s. 
I have been so tempted to buy one however, I have read both good and bad reviews on using them at home.
Such as, could hurt baby due to unnecessary waves. 
Anybody have any opinions on this or personal stories?

I didn’t end up getting one because a couple weeks after you can start using it (12wks) you’ll start to feel movement. I feel like I could save the money and wait a couple weeks and then know baby is fine when I feel movement. Not safe for 1st trimester or frequent use. If you’re ever truly worried about your baby then just call your OB and they can check in the office.

If you don't use it very often it's fine. Just be careful because sometimes it's not easy to find the heartbeat with the doppler especially if you are not very far along and you don't have experience using it and it can cause a lot of anxiety. But it can also reassure you.

I had one during my first pregnancy then it broke, I never got one for my second.
If I couldn’t find the heartbeat correctly or something I would panic. I have bad anxiety so I decided it would be best to not have one this time and I’m glad I didn’t lol.
