Really the only thing that helped my son was Tylenol, (Motrin after 6 months). He hated teethers.

Celery was my oldest thing to chew on my 5 month old likes those silicone spatulas lol

My son liked having his pacifier cold when he teethed. 
Other than that, his favorite thing was a rubber spatula that we bought him specifically for teething 😂 it worked amazingly.
