Going crazy!!

So AF is 9 days late, I have headaches, nausea, fatigue and have thrown up a couple times. Every time I eat I feel sick, no matter what it is. I've taken 3 different brand home pregnancy tests and all negative. I asked my doctor and they told me the urine tests are very accurate and that I need to eat right and get more sleep. I'm getting frustrated because I feel like there's something wrong but they think it's just sleep. My sleep pattern has not changed. Ugh! So frustrated!!
