PID/STD symptoms? Feedback please

So today I started having cramping, feels just like period cramps but I had mine 2 weeks ago and I’m on birth control. I looked at my discharge and it was thicker white with no smell at all or funny color just thick and mucous like. I also noticed pink to red blood smears. I made an appt with my gyno but just wondering if anyone else has had similar symptoms.

Side note- i was just on antibiotics for a week for my wisdom teeth so I’m not sure if that’s relevant.
