Derma Drinkables

Has anyone tried these Derma Drinkables??? I’ve seen sooooooo many posts about them and I really wanna try them but do they actually work and is it worth it? I’ve heard when you stop drinking them your acne gets worse, did that happen to you? Did it affect anything else?
