Unvaccinated cousins

My sil is so offended we decided her unvaccinated child can’t hold or be close to our newborn on Thanksgiving and she’s going off about how there’s zero chance of her getting sick. There’s never a zero chance even with vaccines. Its crazy to me how she can be mad about a decision we made to protect our child. It’s not like I asked her to get her son shots . Her pediatrician says it’s a terrible idea to be all close. I know strangers are probably unvaccinated but I don’t go around handing my baby to random people either. Hardly anyone holds her. We just have to agree to disagree but now she’s being immature saying none of her family will hold her at all since they are a danger
