Implantation bleeding or period?

My period doesn't start for another week. I wiped pink and than again was brownish this morning sorry TMI! And than got a little more red. I didn't get period cramps at all when usually I do. All I'm getting is some pressure on my left side but my fallopean tube was removed on that side due to an etpoic. I'm very confused right now. I've been tired lately and my breast have been soar as well. Can anyone help me? I really want a baby but idk if this is all in my head and it's just my period.
