Serious question!
This may seem like a dumb question, but I can't seem to find an answer ANYWHERE. I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies and I'm scared of having another. If the egg and sperm meet and are traveling through the fallopian tube before implantation.. can new sperm push it back the opposite way towards the ovaries??
