Help, little tmi

So on the 21st I’ll be three months postpartum and on oct 19 I bleed a little with bright blood but light. I thought it was my period so hubby and I had sex no protection or pullout and I had stopped bleeding before the day was done... so the same thing happened on oct 29th only we didn’t have sex and it was brown blood and was done by the end of the day.... what is going on with me? Could I be prego again🤦🏻‍♀️or is my body gearing up to start my period?
