Do you eat sandwiches while pregnant ?

I see this debate on eating cold cuts . Sandwiches always sound so good to me but I’m worried about the deli meat . 😫

Most of my lunches throughout this pregnancy have consisted of yummy, no regrets sandwiches.  🥪

I eat Turkey sandwiches 2-3 times a week. My midwife didn't even care when I told her. You have more of a chance of getting listeria from salad than deli meats. There also hasn't been a case of listeria in deli meats since 1990s.

My Dr said to be smart about it. Eat fresh meat and not something that's been sitting out. I ate sandwiches my while pregnancy, everything was fine

I was debating it too until I finally gave in today and now I feel like poop ☹️ I’m so nauseous and I even cooked the ham a bit. Definitely not doing it again
