Be concerned or no?

So I have always had an irregular period it will come one month then skip the next, well the last one came may 20th and ended on the 24th I didn't have another period until August 10th and it ended on the 12th. Not sure what to think

I would get your doctor to check you out. My sister had the same problem. Her doctor put her on BC to regulate it.

Try fertility blend to see if you can regulate your cycles naturally. Unless you're suddenly in a lot of pain, you can try to fix it yourself before seeing a doctor.  Best of luck to you
