Reoccurring Yeast Infections

I’ve been self treated and also prescribed medications on 3 occasions for a yeast infection for a past year and a half. Sometimes they go away by them self and when I have sex they come back . Does anyone else have problems like this? I sweat a lot during the day but I make sure I clean very well in the shower . I’ve switched body washes and used to wash my outer vagina with soap and it never gave me problems but I still tried different brands and also just using water .

I just want to make my vagina happy again😣
