Will coconut oil stain clothes?

I saw someone on here recommend coconut oil to prevent stretch marks and bought some. Then I remembered how olive oil permanently stains clothing. Will coconut oil do that too?

There is no evidence that any type of product can prevent stretch marks, maybe slightly reduce them, but thats a big maybes. It all has to do on how fast the skin stretches, the faster the more stretch marks the slower then less stretch marks. Just use anytype of lotion to moisturize the skin to prevent cracking or flaking wich will lead to itchiness. The reason some people have better luck than others with creams and lotions for stretch marks is due to genetics and each pregnancy is different even for the same mom. I used to be a nurse, labor and delivery

I use fractionated coconut oil and no stains. I like it better because it stays in liquid form, absorbs fast and is not oily.

I got some on my bed sheet because I dropped it and I pretreated with dawn before washing and it came right out.

I definitely second waiting a bit before dressing. I put it all over the belly, boobs, butt, and thighs. I think I've ruined one tank top after a thick coat. On the plus side, I'm over 38 weeks and my skin has barely itched!

I use coconut oil as a base to my homemade moisturizer. I have never had any issues, but I do give it a fee minutes after I put on to absorb before I get dressed.
