1 day late? Positive and Negative

I have a 30 day cycle where my periods have been the same on time for the past 3 months as I was on the pill before that. I gave birth in February this year so that's why I went back on them. Stopped taking them on August 7th 2018 and got my period the next day that lasted a few days. Yesterday I was supposed too have my period and it didn't show. I've been testing far too much as I've been getting positives, faint lines and negatives. I'm super early and currently now 13DPO. I am having symptoms. I'm using HCG Strips that I bought from amazon?

Anyone same as me?
