Issues with smile reader brand opks?

I usually use easy @home brand and always get faint lines that get darker each day until peak day. This month I tried smile reader brand as they had their own app, but gotten literally nothing but super faint lines. Barely noticeable and not getting any darker. Today should be my peak day and cd19-20 has been my peak day for as many cycles as I’ve actually used opks... still super faint. I’ve tried various times of day, holding pee longer, drinking less, etc. Same results. I’m thinking I wasted my money..
