Pregnant by someone I barley even know...

I'm terrified because I'm having a baby with a man I don't know too well. It's only going on 4 months of us meeting and we are 12 weeks pregnant. He is all for it, excited, we even moved in together to share the journey! But now living together I'm having second thoughts, not about my sweet baby of course but about him!!!! Help!!!!
