I almost lost my baby

I am 23 weeks and woke up yesterday morning to a toilet bowl full of blood. I didnt feel baby move and thought I had killed her. I had to wait 2 hours for an ultrasound and they told me she was alive and ok. I was admitted to the hospital for 6 hours and I'm now on bedrest. Bedrest with a 2 year old and a 6 year old seems impossible. Send me mommy strength that I can survive the next month and that she stays in!
