When did you feel ready to start ttc again after your miscarriage.

I’m in my mid 30’s and my husband and I want to start trying a month after, but I have a lot of guilt about trying so soon. When did you start and how did you feel?

You’ll know when you’re ready. For me, I wanted to try right away mostly because I’m 33 and I don’t want to waste any time. I know I won’t feel “better” until I’m holding our first baby, so trying is the best way to get me to that point.

We had our first loss last August and started trying again after two cycles. We got pregnant quickly, and then had a second loss. We decided to wait about six months just to heal and enjoy each other before trying again. It’s really a personal choice and whatever you are ready for together.

After the last one last Christmas, I nearly died, hubby is petrified of trying again in case it happens again and I do actually die. 
But I was ready to try probably 6 months after. But we didn’t start trying as we’d got our wedding coming up. That’s been and gone now, so nothing really stopping us.
