I ended up needing a c-section so the heavy bleeding stopped by the time I left the hospital. Once I got home, I just used regular ones until it stopped.

Delivered vaginally and used pads and newborn diapers with witch hazel (recommended by midwives) for like a week for heavy bleeding. It lightened up after and I only needed pads.

Had a c-section 3 weeks ago and I still need large pads. I am using the night time pads since they are longer. My heavy flow has yet to let up 🙁

I guess it really depends on a person 🤷🏼‍♀️I had a c-section and I bled for 7 weeks straight like someone stabbed me and in addition I’m anemic so it made it worse for me . I used regular pads.

I bled for around a week with my first 2 babies. My 3rd I bled heavily for 10 months straight. I was so poorly and still have health issues 15 months later. I’m pregnant again now so I’m worried about how my health is going to be impacted and how I’ll be able to be the best mum I can if it happens again 😩
