Not many symptoms?

I am 5 weeks pregnant, this is my third pregnancy. I have a 2.5 year old son and had a miscarriage back in June around 7.5 weeks. Both times I didn’t have major symptoms I don’t think other than fatigue and a little bit of tenderness in my breasts but this time around so far I don’t have many symptoms either. Is this okay? I am just obviously super nervous about everything since my miscarriage over the summer. My first ultrasound isn’t until nov 28.

Somehow I totally missed the miscarriage but the first time I read this. If your son was similar I wouldn’t be too worried. But I can understand your worry. Those of us that had major symptoms and still deal with nausea and occasional dry heaves and vomiting at 37 weeks like myself wish we hadn’t had as much symptoms as we did. But I know when miscarriage happens then you really want to have symptoms to know everything is all right.
