First Time Mommy! Nervous

So the app says I'm about 6 weeks. I've been having a few symptoms but for the most part it comes and goes. The only thing that really stays are the slight cramps. They're nothing like period cramps. My period cramps are usually a 10 these are a 1 or 1 1/2.  Do you usually cramp with blighted ovum? Or anything like that? My ultrasound isn't for 2 weeks so I'm nervous! I know cramping is the uterus stretching but I want to know if these "growing pains" were felt in non viable pregnancies as well
