12 weeks today!!!
I know it's not the second trimester.. But so close, and being by 6th pregnancy, this being the longest I've been pregnant without miscarriage (nausea my son)... I'm happy! Also really scared for my appointment tomorrow. So afraid that I won't see anything moving on the ultrasound.
