What is going on?

I’ve been on Letrozole for 4 months now.

• 2.5mg

• 5mg

• 7.5mg

• 7.5mg

The first 7.5 dose gave me a cd21 progesterone level of 10.08/mL and this month gave me 12.16ng/mL. My OB told me it is likely that I ovulated.

My period has been CD30 the past couple rounds with Letrozole. I am currently CD34 (14 DPO) and got a BFN this morning. I know I could still get my BFP and to keep testing...

The past few days I’ve been cramping, sharp stabbing pains 2x, bloated, decreased acne, and my breasts have been tender but not sore to the touch. Nipples aren’t sensitive but they never have been with my periods.

Has anyone else experienced this and got their BFP? Any other signs that I should look for that came with a BFP? What about BFN stories too?
