It wouldn’t be implantation since you’re already preggo and light spotting and cramping isn’t anything to worry about but if you’re concerned check with the nurse at your doctors office. Congratulations on your pregnancy 🤰

Did you have sex recently? 
If so you could be spotting because your cervix is annoyed. (Happened to me)
