Any doctors or nurses out there ???

I just got my period 2 days ago and ever since I've had sore nipples (rarely happens), sharp pain in my right lower abdomen, constipation, lower back pain and nauseated with chills and a fever.

I just got back from the clinic who told me to take laxatives and naproxen for the pain. I never have ever had those above mentioned symptoms whilst on my period. I'm not pregnant, I took a test 3 days ago & I have an ultrasound booked for next week.

Any thoughts on if it could be appendicitis or endometriosis or cancer or anything?? I'm very scared and nervous that something is wrong.

Right now it's like a bloating/cramping sensation all throughout my stomach, everywhere. But last night was the worst when I felt like puking and I was feverish and sweating and hot and cold.
