Infection? Almost 3 weeks pp

My bleeding has completely stopped now but I’ve got a yellow discharge with a pretty thin consistency coming out onto all my pads. I can’t feel it coming out and I have no fever. My baby was a vacuum delivery and I have two 2nd degree lacerations on the outside with some internal tearing as well. Is this sign of an infection? I don’t have a fever or any cramping anymore and it doesn’t hurt me to pee so what could it be? I’m also a ftm by the way so I have no experience with pp
