Switching OBs & Insurance Question!

Can I switch OBs? I'm 15wks and I don't feel like I'm being educated very well and I'm tired of using Google to answer all of my questions! Ridiculous! - also don't feel taken the best care of either! If I switch I want to go to a different women's center at a different hospital (which is just a few blocks away from each other) but I'm on Medicaid, so I was wondering if it were okay for me to switch. Would my insurance be okay with it? I would also feel much more comfortable giving birth at this other hospital since the birth&delivery rooms are much bigger! And it has more of a modern feel! All my family has always gone to this other hospital and I prefer the way it runs.
