Help please! So we're new to the area and my new ObGyn isn't so good and I'll be switching, but as of right now, I finished my first cycle of Clomid 50mg and she told us to have sex every other day. She never even told me to check for ovulation and didn't give me any information. I decided to check my ovulation anyway and today the test is finally showing that I'm ovulating. However, today is supposed to be a day that we don't have sex. Should we have sex today anyway? And tomorrow too? Or would that hurt the sperm? Someone told me we had to do it every other day so that the sperm has time to regenerate but I don't want to skip my most fertile day. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!
