TTC Second child in 14 yrs

My name is Cortney and I have been trying to have a baby on and off for the last 4 yrs. I was married and nothing happened in those 2 years, we divorced bc of it, and now I am in a new relationship and we have been trying for the last 6 months. I have a 14 yr old and my boyfriend has a 15 yr old. He was not allowed to be a major part of his life, and would like a child to raise and know from birth. I on the other hand just did not happen. I have an appt to make sure everything is alright but I am truly afraid for bad news. Can anyone relate or give encouraging words? I found this community in hopes for support. Men don't completely understand our emotions ☺
