Endometrium polyp

So last week i went to emergency with severe abdominal pain, they sent me for ultrasounds and turns out i have endometrium polyp. Which is basicslly tricking my body its already pregnant. So every time a fertilized egg travels through my body says nk we are already pregnant. The polyp looks like a skin tag attached to my uterine wall. This is great news because its easily removed and i now know why i havnt been falling preg been trying for 8 months.
