I’m having surgery next week, and I’m not comfortable leaving my son with other people (first night apart and two hours away), so we’re bringing him with. He is five months but not much of a sitter. Most of his play is on his back or tummy. We plan to bring a blanket that he can roll around on in the family area as well as some of his toys. We will also have a hotel room within walking distance if he needs to go back there.

My question:

Is there a portable overhead toy not attached to a playmat?

We don’t want to bring his whole playmat to the hospital, but just the overhead piece would entertain him quite a bit. Does such an item exist?
