Gender??

So our little bean wouldn't cooperate durning our ultrasound to determine the gender. He wouldn't uncross his legs, so the tech couldn't get the typical between the legs shot. She did get this side view shot and said it was a boy. However, she did not seem too confident in it. Although I know nothing about this and she is far more educated in reading these  han myself, her hesitancy made me nervous. Has anyone else had a side profile shot of their boy like this? Just want to be sure before I go all out shopping :)
