Late cycle

I have been TTC for a year. My cycle is like clockwork every 23 days. Last month I had sex every day during my fertile window. The day before my cycle I spotted and the day my cycle was suppose to arrive I spotted. The next day I had a brown discharge and now nothing. As of today my cycle is 12 days late. I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests and their negative. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
