Weird dreams

Ok I'm 7weeks and 4 days according to LMP 9/25/18... I've had dreams about having twins two nights in a row now and when I was younger had a vision of having twins... I'm going to be 35 when I deliver and my bmi is over 30... My first ultrasound is Nov 15th... I have not had much morning sickness... My breasts are sore and I have fatigue... My back hurts bc I believe my retroverted uterus is growing in my back rather than poking out front of my belly... I had a miscarriage late March and my husband and I pray everyday for this baby (babies) to be healthy and for us to hear that heartbeat at our first ultrasound!! This week can't go fast enough... We decided that when everything goes well with the ultrasound that we want to announce it at Thanksgiving dinner!!
